Terms of Use
By logging in to write-a-letter.greenpeace.org you agree to the following terms of use:
- Accounts on Write-A-Letter will only be issued to Greenpeace employees, and only Greenpeace employees are permitted to login to the system.
- Letter writing actions should be set up for Greenpeace use only, or, when used for another organisation, formal approval by the Greenpeace International comms director must be obtained.
- Common standards of politeness and etiquette must be followed for any text, especially the default letter text.
- All use of Write-A-Letter must be in line with the objectives of the Greenpeace organisation and approved by the responsible campaigner within the originating NRO.
- Do not modify Write-A-Letter templates or appeals that belong to other users unless you have their explicit approval to do so.
- Include an email address or contact details for those taking the appeal to provide feedback to Greenpeace.
- The GPI ICT unit reserves the right to remove Write-A-Letter entries that do not conform to the terms of use.
